How To Manage Quality Tasks
Quality tasks are created by initiating a Quality Check and are used to review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of interactions and related documentation.
Quality tasks can be accessed from the Tasks menu or the Quality menu. To find quality tasks more easily within the Tasks menu, apply the filter: Task Type > MI Quality Check.

By clicking on the quality entry, a Task bar will appear on the left screen with additional information about the task.

In addition to the standard Task form, Quality tasks include the following additional features:
- Additional Mandatory fields:

- AE identified
- AE reported on time
- PQC identified
- PQC reported on time
- MI response provided
- MI correct response
- Outcome
- Notes
- Field Changes:
- Default assignee – This field is mandatory for Quality tasks.
- Description – This field is not available in Quality tasks.
- Inquiry creation actions are disabled for Quality tasks.
