How To Initiate Quality Check
To initiate a Quick Quality Check, click the "+ New" button and choose "Quality Check" from the menu. This action will open the Quality Check form.
To launch a Quality Check, the following selections must be made:
- Campaign: Select a campaign from the list of available campaigns.
- Time Period From: Specify the start date for the cases to be included in the Quality Check.
- Time Period To – Specify the end date for the cases to be included in the Quality Check.
- Filter By: Choose the criteria for selecting cases, either Date Created or Date Completed.
The populated window should look like the following:
Prior to hitting the Launch button, En3 gives you information on how many Quality Tasks are about to be launched. This allows the QC responsible person to know the workload that is about to occur after initiating the QC. If the number is too great, then the information in the Campaign may need adjustment. In this instance it triggers the minimum number of tasks that we have set in the campaign.
By clicking the Launch button quality check is initiated.
