How To Review And Complete Quality Check Tasks
To review and complete quality check tasks, the following options are available:
- Through the Quality Module
- Through the Tasks Module
Quality Module
To access quality tasks through the Quality Module, follow these steps:
- Select Quality Checks from the top of the screen
- Choose the quality check containing the tasks you want to review and complete.
- You will be directed to the active Quality Check, where you can review all relevant information on the screen
- Navigate to the QC Tasks section at the bottom, where the assigned cases are displayed.
Tasks Module
To access quality tasks through the Tasks Module simply move to the Tasks module and select the filter Task Types>MI Quality Check. Automatically you will see all Quality Checks and the Tasks appear as open.
