Quality Module Introduction

‘Quality’ module can easily be accessed by the left module bar at any time by clicking on the icon labelled Quality. 

Once the user has selected the Quality Module, s/he will become familiar with the following interface. We provide information for key icons that appear on the screen below: 

Starting from the Top and continuing clockwise the screen has the following features: 

1. Quality Checks Metrics: Shows key metrics of all Quality Checks for the created Quality Campaigns 
2. New Button – Campaign or Quality Check: Create a new Quality Campaign – group of pre-specified Quality Checks - or a new Quality Check 
3. Quality Campaigns List: List of available Quality Campaigns 
4. Quality Checks Tab: Switches screen to the list of available Quality Checks 
5. Quality Campaigns Tab: Switches screen to all available Quality Campaigns (present) 

If we switch view to the Quality Checks by pressing D. Quality Checks Tab we can see that the screen elements remain the same apart from C. Quality Campaigns List switching to A. Quality Checks List. In this screen we can see how many Quality Checks have launched for each active Campaign, as well as the Outcome and Status of each Quality Check.  

We will dive deeper into the Quality Checks elements in the relevant scenario, including how to start and complete new Quality Checks, how to manage oversight of the Quality Program and how Quality feedback can be provided to flagged cases after a Check has been completed.
