How To Setup Quality Campaigns
A Quality Campaign is the overarching Category where the QA check will fall under this can be defined by time of occurrence such as Monthly, Weekly or Daily QCs or Ad Hoc QCs.
This can easily be configured using the Quality Module and selecting the button +New and selecting Campaign as shown below:

Each Campaign has a set of metadata that need to be configured once and will accompany all Quality Checks that fall under this Campaign. Let's have a look at the available metadata for each Campaign.

- Campaign Title: The Name of the Campaign
- Default Assignee: The user where all QCs will be automatically assigned to
- Success Threshold: Each campaign will be categorized as successful or failed depending on the percentage of correct cases that we configure as the threshold of success.
- Min & Max Cases: If the number of cases is too low or too high, the user can set an actual number as the minimum and maximum number of cases to be flagged in a Quality Check
- Percentage Of Cases: Percentage of Cases to be flagged in the Quality Check
- Schedule & Recurrence Of Campaign: These toggles allow the user to Schedule the QC campaign information as well as make it recurrent.
If we make the toggle of Schedule & Recurrence of Campaign active, the follow options appear below them:

- Start Date of Cases Based On Date Created/Closed: These fields allow the user to select when the QCs should be initiated based on data from the case (Date Created or Date Completed). Select Date Completed if you do not want to include active cases in the QC.
- Length Of Time With Units: The range of time that the QC will use to select cases from ie 7 days for a weekly QC or 30 Days for a monthly QC.
- Recurrence Values: Dictates how often should the QCs for that campaign occur
- End Date Of Recurrence: Shows the date that the QCs should stop from happening
