Filling Out Medical Inquiry Details
The Medical Inquiry Form – Details Section consists of three tabs:
- Base Details: Core information about the inquiry
- Case Details: Key information related to the case
- Contact Details: Fields capturing the inquirer’s personal information
Completing the Details Section
To complete the Details section:
- Navigate through each tab
- Fill out all mandatory and “Required for Completion” fields
Completing these fields ensures the inquiry can be properly saved and finalized.
