Contact Details


The Contact Details section contains fields for capturing the inquirer’s personal information.

Fields should be completed from top to bottom to ensure all relevant details are accurately recorded.

The image below provides an overview of the available fields in this section.



  1. Anonymization Tick box: A quick way to anonymize the inquirer in accordance with Data Protection Law regulations, such as GDPR. Please note that once the box has been ticked all fields apart from 3. Country & Type of Requestor will be anonymized and greyed out.   
  2. Inquirer’s Personal Details: Personal Information of the inquirer 
  3. Country & Type of Requestor: Minimum information required to save and complete the case.  
  4. Contact Details: Email and Phone number fields 
  5. Additional Contact details buttons: If additional contact details are required these buttons will create additional fields for phone numbers and email addresses.
