Case Details Fields

Receipt Date & Time:
The date and time when the inquiry was received

Facilitator:
Dropdown field indicating whether the inquiry was received directly (unfacilitated) or through a company representative (e.g., Medical or Commercial)

Source:
Dropdown field identifying how the inquiry was received by the Medical Information (MI) team (e.g., email, phone)

Priority:
Dropdown field indicating the urgency level of the inquiry

Response Due Date & Time:
The agreed deadline for responding to the inquiry, either set with the inquirer or defined by company policy
