The Case Details section includes key information related to the case.

All fields are clearly labeled, and a brief description of each is provided below. 

Case Details Fields

  • Receipt Date & Time:

    The date and time when the inquiry was received

  • Facilitator:

    Dropdown field indicating whether the inquiry was received directly (unfacilitated) or through a company representative (e.g., Medical or Commercial)

  • Source:

    Dropdown field identifying how the inquiry was received by the Medical Information (MI) team (e.g., email, phone)

  • Priority:

    Dropdown field indicating the urgency level of the inquiry

  • Response Due Date & Time:

    The agreed deadline for responding to the inquiry, either set with the inquirer or defined by company policy
