The Base Details section contains key information related to the case.

Fields in this section should be completed in a top-to-bottom sequence to ensure all required information is captured accurately.

Inquiry Details

  • Assignee: A dropdown list of users based on the access rights for the active project. This field displays the user currently assigned to the inquiry.
    • For new inquiries, the Creator and Assignee are the same by default
    • Only users with access to the active project will appear in the dropdown
    • If the assignee is changed and the case is saved, the inquiry will be reassigned to the selected user
    • If you are not the assigned user, the case will appear in view-only mode and will be greyed out
  • Irrelevant:

    A checkbox is used to mark inquiries that are no longer required. This applies when the inquiry does not meet the criteria for Medical Information (MI), Adverse Events (AE), or Product Quality Complaints (PQC)

  • Case Creation and Completion Timestamps:

    En3 automatically records the date and time when an inquiry is created and completed. These timestamps are system-generated and cannot be modified by users

Time Zone Configuration

  • All time-related entries are configured at the project level within the Administration Module
  • Each project operates within a defined time zone
  • Users should always enter time values in the local time of the project (e.g., France would use GMT+1)
