Completing Medical Inquiry Request

There are two available methods to complete a Medical Inquiry Request.

Manual Completion

To complete the request manually:

1. Complete all “Required for Completion” fields in the Medical Inquiry Request
2. In Method of Response Delivery, select Phone or Face to Face
3. Select the Verbal Response According to Label checkbox
4. Once these steps are completed, the Complete Medical Inquiry Request button will become available

• Automatic Completion

  A Medical Inquiry Request is automatically marked as completed once a response is sent using the Request Fulfillment Email function.

  This ensures that the request is closed once the response is successfully communicated to the inquirer.
