Inquiries Form Fields Marking

The Medical Information Inquiry Form fields has two marking icons:

  • Mandatory Fields – fields that must be filled to save the inquiry.
  • Required for Completion fields – fields that must be filled to complete the Inquiry, Subcase, or Request.
