Initiating a Call from the Medical Inquiry Form

If verification of request details or client confirmation is required, you can contact the client using the phone number provided in the Phone Number field of the Medical Inquiry form.

To initiate a call from the phone number field:

1. Locate the Phone Number field within the Medical Inquiry form.
2. Click the call icon next to the selected phone number (if multiple phone numbers are available).
3. Confirm the action and initiate the call.

After the call is completed, a new call task is automatically created, opened, and linked to the case.

This feature allows you to quickly connect with the client directly from the inquiry, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.
