Reporting Product Quality Complain
Once all the information is completed, we can send the Product Quality Complaint to Quality by selecting the envelope icon on the top right of the PQC screen.

A new window will pop-up similar to the Adverse Event report including a summary of the PQC information to be sent to the relevant Quality department.

Key elements on screen include the following:
- Send PQC Report Email: Button to send the PQC report to Quality
- Template Selection: Drop-down menu selection to select appropriate template
- Quality Email: Specifically assigned to the project and should populate automatically
- PQC Subject with ID: PQC Subject with En3 ID
- PQC Summary: Summary of PQC information included in the previous screen
Once the user has verified the information, the PQC report can be sent to Quality. A timestamped record of the PQC report will appear at the bottom of the screen below the Upload Files area, labelled Case Email References as per picture below.
