Creating And Filling In Product Quality Complaint Form

To add a Product Quality Complain Request, click the “+” button in the Requests section located on the left side of the Inquiry form.


After clicking the “+” button, a new product quality complaint form is created and ready to be filled in. We explore the different items and functions in the image below. 

  1. PQC EN3 ID: Unique PQC ID produced by En3 
  2. Follow-up Tabs: Includes the initial report and any PQC Follow-ups initiated afterwards 
  3. PQC Quality ID: Unique PQC ID produced by the Quality database and used for reconciliation purposes 
  4. Patient Details: Includes age and gender of patient 
  5. Product Information: Refers to key information including the product Batch and Serial Number for identification purposes as well as expiry date and product availability for return 
  6. Date and Time of Awareness: Specific to when the MI department became aware of the Product Quality Complaint 
  7. Date and Time Transmitted to Quality: En3 generated timestamp when PQC is reported to Quality 
  8. Follow-up consent: Drop-down selection for follow-up consent 
  9. PQC Topic & Category: Further classification of Product Quality Complaint 
  10. PQC Description (Original & Translated): Description of the Product Quality Complaint in native language and English translation 
  11. Upload Files Area: Manually upload any documents which may need to be sent to the Quality department ie. Product Pictures etc.
