How To Fill Out Product Quality Complain Request

To add a Product Quality Complain Request, click the “+” button in the Requests section located on the left side of the Inquiry form.

After adding a new product quality complain request, fill out all mandatory fields required to save the request:

  • Date Of Awareness
  • Follow Up Consent
  • Request
  • Request (English Translation)

Ensure that all required fields are properly filled in before saving.
