How To Manage Voicemail Tasks

All voicemails received for a project can easily be accessed by the Tasks module in a similar fashion to emails. Please filter the screen by selecting Filters>Task Types: Call >Voicemail as shown below.  


From the available Voicemails, select the Voicemail task that is relevant and by clicking on it, the task bar pop-up window will appear at the right of your screen.


In addition to the standard Task formVoicemail tasks include the following additional features:


From the above window, you can access the call trail information by clicking on A. Call Trail Window bubble. This will open A.2 Call Trail Window, with all the information about the call. 


In addition, you can listen directly to the Voicemail recording by pressing the play button of

B. Voicemail Recording Bar. In addition, you can access the call transcript of the voicemail by selecting the purple window Icon C. Voicemail Transcript. This will lead to a new window pop-up (D. Voicemail Transcript Window) that has the Voicemail recording at the top and the transcript below.


By selecting the Workflow button, you can directly start an inquiry and the Voicemail Task will automatically link with the new inquiry that you have created.
