Document Draft

When a new document is created and saved, the system automatically assigns it a “Draft” status. Similarly, placeholder documents that are completed and saved are also assigned the “Draft” status.

Once a document in “Draft” status is completed, it is considered ready to enter the review  process.

If a document is currently in the “In Review” status and reviewers request changes, the system will automatically update the document status from “In Review” back to “Draft.” This allows the document owner to address the requested changes before resubmitting it for review.  After the necessary updates are made, the document owner can again move the document to “Send for Review” to restart the review process.
