How To Review a Document
To initiate the Review Process, the Owner of the Document should move the Document Status to Send for Review. If a third-party application is used the Review process should be completed there.
If the review process is completed in En3, this document status change will initiate the review process. A bubble next to the Document Status bubble will appear and the owner can set the reviewers of the Document. Please see image below for more information.

By clicking on the Review bubble the Review Panel will appear. On the left side a list of available reviewers is presented, the owner can select the Reviewers by clicking on the + button next to each name. The names will appear on the right side under Reviewers. When the content owner is satisfied with the selection, s/he can click Save and En3 will notify reviewers that a new document is available for them to Review.

Returning to the Document screen, the Review bubble has been automatically updated.
