Email Tasks
In addition to the standard Task form, Email tasks include the following additional features:
- At the top of the form, users can review and download the received or sent email associated with the task.
- At the bottom of the task form, there is a section displaying the email metadata and message content.
- Email tasks provide the following extra actions:
- Reply - send a reply to the original sender.
- Reply All - send a reply to the sender and all recipients included in the original email.
- Forward - forward the email to additional recipients.
