How To Create Different Type Tasks
Manually Created Tasks
- Manual Task – To create a manual task, lick the “+ Task” button. Fill in the mandatory fields, then click “Save.” For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the How To Create a Task guide.
Automatically Created Tasks
- Email Task – A task is automatically created when an email is received in the project inbox.
- Call Task – A task is automatically created when a call is received or initiated through the system.
- Quality Task – A task is automatically created when a Quality Check is generated for a case.
