How To Create Different Type Tasks

Manually Created Tasks

  • Manual Task – To create a manual task, click the “+ Task” button. Fill in the mandatory fields, then click “Save.”

Automatically Created Tasks

  • Email Task – A task is automatically created when an email is received in the project inbox.
  • Call Task – A task is automatically created when a call is received or initiated through the system.
  • Quality Task – A task is automatically created when a Quality Check is generated for a case.
