How To Complete Subcase

Completing a Subcase

To complete a subcase, the following conditions must be met:

• All requests within the subcase must be completed or canceled
• The subcase must contain at least one completed request

• All “Required for Completion” fields within the subcase must be completed

  
  

Once these requirements are satisfied, the Complete Subcase button will become enabled.

Clicking this button will mark the subcase as completed.
