Auto-Save for New Inquiries

A newly created inquiry is automatically saved in the system, even if no information has been entered.

This allows you to close the inquiry and return to complete it at a later time without losing progress.

To save a new inquiry with data, all mandatory fields in the “Details” and “Subcase” sections must be completed.
