Deleting Product Quality Complain Request

Deleting or Canceling Requests

  • Product Quality Complaint (PQC) Requests:

    A PQC request can only be deleted before it is saved.

    Once saved, it can no longer be deleted and must be canceled instead

  • Adverse Event (AE) Requests:

    To delete an AE request, click the Delete icon in the request action bar (available only before the request is saved)
