My Profile
Click the “My Profile” button to open the user profile panel.

The user profile panel contains the following elements:

User Information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
Actions
- Settings – Opens the user settings panel.
- Logout – Logs the user out of the system.
Settings
After the user opens Profile Settings, a form is displayed containing the following tabs:

- Account Details – Contains user information that can be updated.
- Email Signatures – Displays all user signatures across projects and allows creating new ones.
Note: The user can have only one email signature per project.
Email Signatures
To create a new email signature, navigate to the Email Signatures tab, click the “+ Signature” button, select the project the signature will belong to, enter the signature details in the editor, and click “Save.”

To view or edit an existing email signature, select it from the list. The signature will open in the editor for viewing and editing.

To delete an existing project email signature, select it from the signature list, open it, and click the “Delete” button.

The created email signature is automatically inserted into project email templates as example shown below.
