Main Interface Introduction
After logging into the En3 environment, you will be presented with your User Interface (UI).
This section will help you familiarise yourself with the main options and functionalities available.
Upon logging into the En3 environment, you can immediately access the following sections:
- Administration & Analytics Panel
- List of Assigned Clients & Projects
- My Activities – inquiries and tasks assigned to you
- Notifications
- My Profile
For each specific Client or Project, a dedicated environment is available, which includes:
- En3 MI Modules – Inquiries, Tasks, Products, Content, and Quality
- Project Telephony Widget
- En3 Chatbot
