How To Add Product Quality Complain Request Follow Up
To add follow-ups to an Product Quality Complain Request, the user must first send the case email. Once the email has been sent, the “+” button becomes enabled. Clicking this button adds an additional follow-up to the request.

Each follow-up contains the same fields and follows the same workflow as the Initial Request form.
A maximum of four follow-ups can be added to a single Product Quality Complain.
