Filling Out Medical Inquiry form Subcase
To fill out the Medical Inquiry form Subcase and save the inquiry, the following mandatory fields must be completed:
- Product
- Full Name
- Indication
The Full Name field is automatically selected if the chosen Product has only one associated full name and no alternatives.
If the selected Product has multiple full name options, the user must select the appropriate full name manually.
