Subcases Overview
Subcases are typically associated with individual products. A separate subcase should be created for each distinct product referenced in an inquiry.
If multiple questions relate to the same product, only one subcase is required for that product.
Subcase Fields and Features
Starting from the top, the subcase includes the following fields and features:

Separate tabs for each product, allowing easy navigation between multiple subcases

Add Subcase Button:
Enables the creation of additional subcases for other products
- Product Fields: A set of related fields driven by the initial product selection:
- Product: Primary dropdown that determines available options in related fields
- Full Name: Displays the official name of the selected product
- Generic Name: Displays the common or generic name of the selected product

Indication:
Free-text field used to specify the relevant indication

Linked Inquiries:
Allows cross-referencing of related inquiries

Notes Field:
Enables users to capture internal notes or additional context related to the case

Upload Files Area:
Allows uploading of supporting documents (e.g., source materials) relevant to the case
