How To Cancel Medical Inquiry
To cancel a medical inquiry, the following conditions must be met:
- All associated subcases must be canceled
- All “Required for Completion” fields in the Details section must be completed
Once these requirements are satisfied, the inquiry can be successfully canceled.
Once these conditions are met, the “Complete Inquiry” button becomes enabled. Clicking the button will display a confirmation prompt. After confirming, the inquiry will be marked as Cancelled.
