How To Reject Document
If a document in the “In Review” process is determined to be no longer required, the document owner may reject the document.
To reject a document, open the document, click on the “In Review” button, and select the “Reject” option.

After selecting “Reject”, a form will appear. Fill out reason for why you rejecting document, then click the “✓” button to submit the rejection.

Even if the assigned reviewers have approved the document, if the document owner rejects it, the document status changes to “Rejected.”
