How To Approve Document
Documents with "In Review" status can be approved through:
- Via Document – Click the “Status” button and select the “Approve” option.
- Via Table – In the document table, click the More Actions button for the desired document and select the “Approve” option.

After selecting “Approve”, a form will appear. Fill out reason for why you approve document, then click the “✓” button to submit the approval.

If a document has no additional reviewers assigned, its status changes to Approved after the approval form is submitted.
If a document has additional reviewers assigned for approval, its status changes to Approved only after all reviewers have completed their review and approved the document.
