How To Generate SRD

To generate an SRD document, the document must meet the following requirements:

• The Type must be Scientific journal.
• The document Status must be Approved.

SRD generation can be accessed in two ways:

1. From Document Actions
   • Open the document.
   • Click the “⋮” (Actions) button.
   • Select “Generate SRD.”
2. From the Content Module
   • Select one or more documents by ticking the checkbox next to them.
   • Click the “Gen AI” button.
   • Select “SRD.”

After an SRD has been successfully generated, it can be reviewed and additional actions can be accessed by clicking the “⋮” (Actions) button.

The following actions are available:

• Download – Downloads the generated SRD document.
• Start New Document – Creates a new document based on the SRD.
• Add New Version – uploads a new version of the existing SRD document (Only available if SRD was generated from one document).
