How To Cancel Subcases

Canceling a Subcase

To cancel a subcase, the following conditions must be met:

• All requests within the subcase must be canceled
• All “Required for Completion” fields within the subcase must be completed

Once these requirements are satisfied, the Cancel Subcase button will become enabled.

Clicking this button opens the cancellation form. After completing the form and confirming, the subcase will be marked as canceled.
