How To Cancel Medical Inquiry Subcase
To cancel a Subcase, all requests within the subcase must first be cancelled, and all “Required for Completion” fields in the Subcase must be filled out.
Once these conditions are met, the “Cancel Subcase” button becomes enabled. Clicking this button will mark the Subcase as cancelled.
