En3 is a validated, ISO certified, HIPAA compliant medical information system designed for the entry, processing, and documentation of Medical Information (MI) requests and responses. It also supports the documentation and reporting of Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and Medical Device Incidents (MDIs) received during MI activities, along with tracking related tasks that allow users to quickly manage all inquiries received by Medical Information Departments.  

The current version of En3 supports a multi-tenant architecture, allowing multiple organizations (clients) and projects (countries) to operate within the same database through a single sign-in. Data entered for one tenant is visible only to users authorized for that specific tenant and their assigned projects, typically linked to designated countries. Users involved in multiple projects have access to all associated data and can work across all their assigned projects in a simple and systematic way.
