How to Filter Inquiries

To filter inquiries, click the “Filters” button on the Inquiries module page. This will expand a panel displaying all available filtering options.


The Inquiries module provides the following filtering options:

  • Product
  • Assignee
  • Requestor Type
  • Country
  • Date
  • Status
  • Source
  • Priority
  • Request Types
  • Has Active Follow-Ups
