How to Filter Inquiries

Filtering Inquiries

To filter inquiries, click the Filters button on the Inquiries module page. This will expand a panel displaying all available filtering options, allowing you to quickly narrow down and organize inquiries based on specific criteria.

Available Filters

The Inquiries module provides the following filtering options:

  • Product: Filter inquiries related to a specific product
  • Assignee: View inquiries assigned to a particular team member
  • Requestor Type: Distinguish between different types of requestors
  • Country: Filter inquiries based on the requestor’s location or country of origin
  • Date: Narrow results by a selected date range (e.g., created date or last updated)
  • Status: View inquiries by their current status
  • Source: Identify where the inquiry originated (e.g., email, phone)
  • Priority: Filter by urgency level (e.g., low, medium, high) to focus on critical inquiries
  • Request Types: Categorize inquiries by their type
  • Has Active Follow-Ups: Display only inquiries with pending or ongoing follow-up actions

These filters help you quickly locate and manage inquiries based on your workflow needs.
