Escalating Medical Inquiry Request
Before escalating a Medical Inquiry Request case, ensure that all mandatory fields in the request are completed.
To escalate the case, click the Send Case button in the Medical Inquiry Request actions section.
This will open the Email Send form, where you can review and send the case.
