Uploading Allowed Format Files To Medical Inquiry Request
To upload a file, drag and drop it into the Upload Files field, or click the field to select a file from your computer.
After selecting the file, click the Upload button.
The Upload button becomes active only when all mandatory fields in the Inquiry form are completed, as uploading a file automatically saves the inquiry.
The Medical Inquiry request file uploading supports the following file formats:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Portable Document Format (.pdf)
