How To Search And Add Documents
Before performing a document search within a Medical Inquiry Request, certain fields must be completed to ensure the system returns relevant and approved documents.
Details section:
- Country
- Requestor Type
Subcase section:
- Product

To start a search, enter a keyword in the search field. The search results will display all approved documents that match the Keyword and Country, Product, and Requestor Type selected in the inquiry.

To add documents to the Medical Inquiry Request, select the desired documents from the search results and click the “✓” button.
