Canceling a Product Quality Complaint (PQC) Request

To cancel a created and saved Product Quality Complaint (PQC) request, click the “X” button in the request action bar.

Confirming Cancellation

After clicking the “X” button:

1. Select a Cancellation Reason from the available options
2. Enter the required Cancellation Comments
3. Confirm the action to complete the cancellation

Ensure that all required information is provided before confirming the cancellation.
