Cancelling Medical Inquiry Request
To cancel a created and saved Medical Inquiry Request, click the “X” button in the request action bar.
After clicking the “X” button, click and select a Cancellation Reason from the provided options and enter the required Cancellation Comments, as shown below.
Ensure that all required information is provided before confirming the cancellation.
