Notifications

By clicking the “Notifications” button, the user can access all notifications related to their account. The notification panel consists of the following elements:

  • Notification Filter
  • Notification List

Notification Filter

The Notification Filter allows users to filter notifications by project and to display only unread notifications.

  • Project Filter:

    Select “All Projects” to view notifications from all tenants and clients the user belongs to, or select the current project (e.g., LU_Test_02) to view notifications related only to that tenant/client.

  • Unread Filter:

    Toggle the “Show Unread” option to display only unread notifications for the selected project filter.


Notification List

The Notification List displays all notifications related to the user’s work items. The list can be filtered using the options described above (project selection and unread toggle).

Each notification consists of the following elements:

  • Description – Provides details of the action performed on the item (e.g., approving a document, assigning a task, or submitting an inquiry).
  • Mark as Read Button – Marks the notification as read and changes the background color from green to white, indicating the notification has been acknowledged.
  • Title – Displays the item’s title along with an icon representing the item type (Document, Task, Inquiry).
  • Tenant/Client – Indicates the tenant or client from which the notification originates.
  • Created – Shows the time elapsed since the notification was generated (e.g., 5 hours ago).
