Notifications

By clicking the Notifications button, you can access all notifications related to your account. The notification panel includes the following components:

  • Notification Filter
  • Notification List

Notification Filter

The Notification Filter allows you to refine notifications by project and read status.

  • Project Filter:

    Select “All Projects” to view notifications across all tenants and clients you have access to, or choose a specific project (e.g., LU_Test_02) to view notifications related only to that project

  • Unread Filter:

    Enable the “Show Unread” toggle to display only unread notifications for the selected project

Notification List

The Notification List displays all notifications related to your work items.

You can use the filters above to narrow down notifications based on:

  • Selected project
  • Read or unread status

Notification Details

Each notification includes the following elements:

  • Title: Displays the item’s title along with an icon representing the item type (e.g., Document, Task, Inquiry)
  • Description: Provides details of the action performed on the item, such as approving a document, assigning a task, or submitting an inquiry
  • Tenant/Client: Indicates the tenant or client from which the notification originates
  • Created: Shows the time elapsed since the notification was generated (e.g., 5 hours ago)
  • Mark as Read: Allows you to mark the notification as read. Once selected, the background color changes from green to white, indicating the notification has been acknowledged
