Completing Adverse Event Request

To complete an Adverse Event Request:

  • All required-for-completion fields must be filled in.
  • An email regarding the Adverse Event Request must be sent to the client.
  • If the Adverse Event has follow-ups, all follow-up actions must be completed.

Once these conditions are met, the Complete Adverse Event Request action button becomes enabled. Clicking this button will complete the request.
