To upload a file in the document creation form, click the “Upload a file” button. This will open the upload dialog, where you can either drag and drop a file or click the upload area to select a file from your computer. After adding the file, click the “Upload” button. The file will then be added to the document form.

If you want to upload a new file to an existing document, open the desired document and access the More Document Actions menu. From there, select “Upload new file.” This will open the upload dialog.

After the file is uploaded, the document will automatically create a new version containing the newly uploaded file.


If the document has been saved but no file has been uploaded, you can create a file by clicking “Create a file.” This will open the online Word editor, where the newly created file can be edited.
